Thesis & Dissertation

The community includes the dissertations submitted by the participants of Advanced Professional Programme in Public Administration (APPPA). APPPA is 10-month programme for senior government officials and sponsored by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India. In the 10-month programme, the participants prepare dissertations on very relevant topics of governance, administration, policies, schemes, security etc. The dissertations prepared and presented and the participants earn their M.Phil degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh. The records for the dissertations currently include extended abstracts along with metadata.
